Dental survey data analysis
A survey data was analyzed on assesses oral complications of conditioning therapy and stem cell transplantation- preliminary phase of Orastem. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, Chi-Square, Spearman’s rho and pie chart by using SPSS and Excel. The result shows that only Mucositis has a strong relation, but other variables have no relation between teeth with plaque visible variable.
