This was the first project that I had ever posted on Freelancer. I received 46 bids from 46 different people. I am 100% convinced I picked the BEST person for the project from those 46 people. Martin is an AMAZING programmer. Time and time again I asked him to do something a certain way, fix this, change that, debug this, etc. There was NOTHING he could not handle. At no time did he say he did not know how to do something. No challenge was too large for him. The project was NOT late, it was my decision to expand the scope of the project, and to slow down the pace, because I preferred thorough detail over a rushed pace. Martin has AMAZING English language skills. I communicated with him on Skype on a daily basis, and if I did not know he was from Germany, I would have thought I was communicating with someone from USA or England. His English is that good, he has nearly flawless English language reading and writing skills. He also speaks fluent English, and other than a German accent, his English is perfect. Would I hire Martin again? I already have, before the project even ended. Plus I want to continue to hire him for future versions of this app. With his skill level, he should have been the highest dollar quote I received, but he was not, there were higher amounts quoted. He always showed great PERSONAL interest in my project. I am not surprised someone hired him full time now. But if you have the chance HIRE MARTIN for your project.
