Some of my qualities are, + Good in English (Though not a first language) + Working in hosting industry since last 5+ years + Comfortable with WHM/cPanel, PLESK, Direct Admin, zPanel, CentOS Web Panel + Helpdesk used are: WHMCS, Articdesk, Kayako, BlestaCP, Vison, Hostbill etc + Can provide Live Support + Have good knowledge of Linux Shell (bash) and Shell Scripts + Have PHP and MySQL Programming skills + Red Hat Certified Engineer and cPanel Certified Engineer + Good knowledge in Virtualisation (SolusVM, Virtualizor) (OpenVZ, Xen, KVM) + Live Chat Support (Zopim, Livechatnic, LivePerson, Livezilla, Livemessenger, Hipchat) + Team Leader in my previous Company
