Project 01: Pharma Domain Technical Environment: SAP SD/S4 1. SAP SD Lead consultant for the Support Team Key Responsibilities: ● Working as a SAP SD consultant, responsible for the overall team ensuring handling day to day incidents, WO, Minor enhancements, break fix and ensure team is complaint to the Client business process. ● Monitoring the tickets raised by business/user in Remedy tool and Handling critical P1, P2 Incidents. ● Working as a SAP SD consultant, coordinating between the client and off shore team. ● Worked on Interfaces related to EDI 850 (ORDERS), EDI 940 (SHPORD), EDI 945 (SHPCON) and EDI 856 (DESADV). 2. SAP S4 consultant for Integration team- Onshore/Offshore Experience Key Responsibilities : ● Designing the SD related Interfaces for S4 system in S4 implementation project by Accenture for Client ● Analyzing and suggesting with the optimal solution for SD related interfaces. ● Prepared requirement documents for all the third-party service providers/Logistics Service Providers for Client to facilitate the smooth running of Interfaces. ● Presented the requirement document to Logistics Service Providers to make them understand the actual requirement needed from their end to facilitate the interfaces. ● Prepared requirement documents for the Middleware service provider for Client and presented the same with them for the smooth flow of Interfaces. 3. SAP ECC consultant for Interface project - Onshore/Offshore Experience Key Responsibilities: ● Conducted workshop to explain the as-is and end state solution ● Designed the actual consumption logic which helps business to plan the procurement of Drug substance or Drug Product more precisely. ● Responsible for designing 10 new interfaces and modifying approximately 30 interfaces in ECC ● Responsible for preparing functional design specification documents for all the new interfaces ● Supported unit testing in development system by preparing test scripts and executed it for all the new interfaces. ● Supported testing team for preparing the test scripts to perform Integrated testing in development and Quality system ● Supported business for UAT scripts preparation and execution Project 02: Apparel Domain Technical Environment: SAP IS Retail Key Responsibilities: • Working on multiple Business Interface & SAP IS Retail. • Responsibility to handle issues related to Master data creation, Missing Order analysis. • Resolved Issues related to Planning market moves in Client business process. • Handled Issues in the areas including incoming & outgoing IDOC Interfaces b/t SAP – IC. Project 03: Electronics Domain Technical Environment: SAP MM & SD • Responsible to handle issues related to SO, Delivery, GI, Invoice, PO, GR. • Resolved Issues in business processes such as 3rd party sales, CPL, VMI, WCL. • Resolved Issues like PO confirmation & configuring Product Hierarchy settings. • Handled Issues in the areas including incoming & outgoing IDOC Interfaces b/t SAP – IC.
