Magic show poster artist needed to help bring concept to life

Hello I am a producer of a magic show and I need the help of an artist to design my idea. I would like the name of my show Wonderment to be spelled out in the stars in a connect-the-dot style. Below the Wonderment sky I would like a city skyline or a world, and below that, room for cast photos. Please see my attached pictures so you can get an idea of the connect-the-dot styles and the flow of the poster. The target audience is families however I don't want the poster to have a kiddie/childish feel to it. The theater itself is Art Deco and very elegant and I'm hoping that an Art Deco theme can be used in the poster design. The three main things I'd like to feel/see when I look at this poster is elegance, Art Deco, and most of all I am really hopeful that Wonderment spelled out in the stars feels magical and looks beautiful. I hope this inspires you and I thank you for your time.
*Size of printed poster will be anywhere from 4" x 6" to 11" x 17" to 3' x 6' so a large DPI is best. Also I would like the final project delivered in photoshop with the layers , so I can change it as needed.

    WOW. $1000 for what's basically (80% of the entry) a free resource: https://www.freepik.com/free-vector/city-at-night_1250624.htm
    And BTW… "You are not allowed to: use any of Freepik's images as the only or main theme of your designs."

      As far as I'm concerned I'm not insulting anyone. What I'm doing is giving my opinion about those posters design-wise. Now you have added some that are a little better, always just in my opinion. You are the one with the $1000 and you can certainly choose to do whatever you want with them. Exactly as I can comment whatever I want about your choices here, which are really bad from a communication point of view. In my opinion :)
