Hi Dear,

We need to Rebrand "Chocolateness". Established in 2007, Chocolateness is an award winning concept from Kuwait. Played a leadership role within the Small-to-Medium Business industry in the middle east. +150,000 are following Chocolateness in social media channels. The brand is youthfully dynamic.

The original logo characteristics are:
- Modern
- Colorful
- Youthful
- Leader

We are looking for the same character in the new identity.

Deliverables:
1- Logo (Before choosing the winner)
2- Ornament/Pattern to represent the brand (Before choosing the winner)
3- Brand Guideline (Usage of logo and pattern on Stationary and Packaging): (After choosing the winner)

Expected Logo:
1- Adaptable (presentable in any shape and size)
2- Simple
3- Memorable
4- Creative (we love crazy ideas).

Attached:
1- Current Logo
2- Current Ornament

Advice: search about "Chocolateness" on Google and check the instagram account to clearly understand the identity of the brand. Instagram account: @ChocolatenessKW

Update:
1- Try to stay within the same color combination.
2- Try to create an icon/symbol within the logo or in addition to the logo.
3- Typography logo is accepted, but make it READABLE.
4- Try to create different shapes of the logo, so its easier to give feedback to one of the shapes and then we proceed. Creating a square or circle shape of the logo is appreciated if you are not designing a Symbol/Icon as mentioned in point '2'.
5- Ornament: try to enhance or develop or build on the old pattern if you didn't get positive feedback to your entry.

Remember, its Re-branding but not creating from scratch. So we want to keep good relation between the old and new logo and pattern.

all contests coming from the Arab Gulf states share the same disorder and confusion... always. They on't know what they want. very preliminary attitude.

  no, nothing racial . I'm Syrian and I have nothing against any race... but it's my past experiences. One contest-holder, from Qatar I guess, has radically changed their brief after about twenty days of starting the contest. To which, the normal result was to reject all our work because now they want something else. All our toil that we exerted during those weeks has gone with wind. And remember that this is a contest... nothing paid in advance, nor winning is guaranteed. We only work upon your brief as closely as we can.
  
  You and I know that you had chosen a winner (nana) that hasn't done any decoration or ornament work despite the fact that your brief and comments were very focusing on this element. I've spent more time (some 3~4 days) working on the ornament just to see you choosing a winner who did no ornament at all. This was very disappointing.

  Don't judge all "Arab Gulf" by experiencing bad contest with few people. And the previous winner has done all the requirements exactly the way we need, but not all her work mentioned in a single entry.
