Basically the proyect is to change the language of the subtitles of 7 videos...

The 7 videos have subtitles with Opaque Box on a language (Italian) and I need to add my subtitles over that subtitles in a different language (Spanish)
The seven videos are on mp4.
I will provide you the words I want that you include (Spanish Translations)
There are 7 videos:
• A video of 36 seconds.
• A video of 49 seconds.
• A video of 21 seconds.
• A video of 59 seconds.
• A video of 58 seconds.
• A video of 59 seconds.
• A video of 34 seconds.

You have to put our logo over the logo of the video (our logo has to cover the logo of the original video).
