Hello Artists

Attached is an autocad draw for my apartment. The following are notes for the apartment:
0- Dimensions in Meters
1- The building has 5 floors.
2- two apartments in each floor
3- My apartment is the one on the 5th floor + the roof above it
4- The apartment has internal stairs to the roof.
5- you can access the roof either from the internal stairs or from the external door.
6- The building is under construction (so you have the choice change many things if you wan, or you can use the current design)
7- you can't change the kitchen, path rooms places and the main door.
8- I want to include a Fireplace in the living room.
9- I am open for any discussion or any suggestion anytime through the chat.

Note:
Yellow area mean Closest for the main bid room.
Red area means empty area in the Path room So you can use it for the Fireplace instead of keeping it empty -up to you-.
I need 3D design and 2D specifications (Maybe Autocad file, to know how to apply your design).

It's not a must to change the current floor plan. you can use the current plan. but if you found something better, it's ok then.
