We need help with developing a nice banner ad. The size should be 728x90 and also 300x250.

The text should be:

BASKETBALL JOB MARKET
We help players find contracts, teams fill jobs, & agents make deals. Sign Up & Get Started.
To get an idea of the look and feel of our website, here is a link to the Basketball Job Market. http://www.court-side.com/jm/
The banners should stand out but be neutral and professional enough to be placed on various websites. Our site is basically a job board for professional basketball players who are seeking employment with professional teams and vice versa.

In case you plan to use images, please be aware of the fact that all basketball images on internet have copyrights. I have uloaded a few images for which we have bought the copy rights and which can be used and modified freely.
