I'm looking for a talented individual with a strong background in brand positioning to help guide my current brand in the right direction.

I attached a current logo being used. Just from that logo and without going to the website, what does it tell you? Is it a logo that can stand alone in the market? Would you rebrand? I am looking for suggestions. I cannot decide if I should push forward with it or change to a mascot style of branding.
