I am looking for a website to be developed using PHP and MySQL (and optionally Joomla or Wordpress) that will be used for different types of collectors (like coin, antiques, etc.) The site will need the following capabilities:
1. Home Page – editable by Admin only
a. Member Login
b. Join
c. What’s new?
d. Calendar of events (Database or google calendar driven)
e. Informational articles
2. How-to Articles – Editable by Admin only. Members can submit articles for Admin to post after approval.
a. Tips and tricks for repairing, cleaning, etc.
3. Product Store – Admin can post items for sale
a. Items can be inventoried, drop-shipped or affiliate-based
4. Forum – interactive forum where both admin and logged-in users can post questions and answers.
5. Classified Ads – both admin and logged-in users can post ads to sell items. A listing fee will be charged and payment needs to be collected via paypal, etc.) No commission on the sale will be collected.

Requirements:
1. Must be able to easily change the website name and logo for different types of collections.
2. Must use PHP for all custom work.
3. Must use MySQL for all database work.
4. All coding must be turned over at the completion of the project.
5. Finished product to be delivered within 7 days of award.

Hey there entrepreneur, Greetings! I hope you are doing good today. I can do it for you pretty easily using free WordPress and her free plugins. Your prize money would be fair enough with that. I can guess you're quite cautions about MySql database. But if you make your site with any CMS and want to keep the database secure&&safe @forever, from my experience that'd a bit cumbersome means NO GUARANTY, but yeah, if you've #extended your budget for using premium hosting, theme, plugins and hire topnotch services for doing this project then there will be possibilities of keeping the database secure forever(no loss of data at all). Again, from my experience I can say that nothing is possible with RAW php. But if you've more than a 100G+ budget for a pose of php programmers only then you can expect all your project requirements fulfilled. Cheers
