Brief:

The hotel currently named - KV comforts is a small Lodge with 19 rooms, situated in Bangalore, India.

It has been re-branded to Marvel Hotel. Their current website - http://www.kvcomforts.com/

It’s the biggest advantage is it being close to BIEC - Bangalore International Exhibition Center.

Most of the guests are working executives coming to attend different exhibitions at BIEC.
Problems:

1. During off seasons at BIEC, the Hotel occupancy is almost Nil.

2. Not able to attract locals.

3. No great online presence, no proper structure for online booking.

4. Not able to attract locals for events such as marriages, birthdays and corporates etc.

5. Hotel lacks a brand consistency internal and external.

Branding Guidelines:

Tone - Elegant, Clear and Professional and easily accessible.

Creatives Required:

1. Letterhead

2. Envelope

3. three - fold brochure

4. Staff uniform

5. Room Signages:

i) Do not disturb
ii) Clean my room
iii) Please collect Laundry
iv) Keychain card
v) Soap Cover
vi) Tooth brush & toothbrush cover

8. Notepad

10. Hotel Signages

i) Floor numbers
ii) Room numbers
iii) Toilets - Men and Women
iv) Helpdesk/Reception

The file contains the logo and the visiting card and the colour palette. Please DM for the vector file of the logo and the requirement sheet. Freelancer has some restrictions on the file types.
