I need an animation overlayed to a short clip.

In this clip, we are talking about a long hike to the bottom of a frozen waterfall

I need an animation showing a dotted line going up the terrain to the bottom of the waterfall, with a counter showing 2000 feet. The dotted line should follow a path similar to this image: https://snipboard.io/nX3xTC.jpg

please use a drop shadow or small stroke so that the white dots/text is easy to see
