I'm in need of a unique, creative logo design to use here in America. Here's a bit more detail about what I'm looking for:

Company Name: Maine Mortgage Company

- Colors: I'm thinking of a color scheme involving blue and white, with maybe a touch of red introduced subtly but not necessary

- Font: I prefer a modern serif font. It should be clear and readable, conveying a modern feel while still rooted in traditional design.

- Icons: I'm open to your creativity when it comes to additional elements in the design. However, remember that the final logo needs to be versatile and professional.

Delivery Format: Final logo design should be delivered in PDF, vector and PNG format with a transparent background.

Ideal freelancers for this project would not only have excellent design skills but also a knack for understanding brand identities and tailoring designs to suit brand personalities. Experience in modern, simplistic, yet impactful logo design is appreciated.
