Стисле описання конкурсу

My boss is looking at copying (Freelancer does not like the word Iclone without the I and will not let me use this in the post. Silly Freelancer.) a decentralized cryptocurrency for a decentralized group project he is assisting with. He wants it on an independent platform not on anybody's platform. The biggest things we are interested in is a quick and secure coin and also looking to have a smart wallet. (My boss was really liking the Sylo wallet because of its chat feature.) We are not going to have any staking of the coins. We are just going to make 1 billion coins and then have them all created at the same time. There will be minimal -- like .005 of a coin --- transaction fee.

We are looking for an expert to be able to make a copy and then make change to a coin. Of course we want to work off the latest fast and secure technology. We are going to be doing this project in two phases.

In the first phase, $50 will be awarded to the person that we like the answer best to these questions:
1. What coin would you copy and why?
2. How much it will be the estimated costs for us to do this cloning project?

Then, in the second phase, we will create and award the job to the person we think will do the best job.
