UrbanShelter is a digital workspace for landlords, property managers, and realtors to help manage rental applications, online payments, viewing requests, and lease agreements.
For tenants, UrbanShelter ensures complete transparency of information about each property.

UrbanShelter reduces fraud, generates qualified leads, and offers higher prospect conversion rates.
