Hello, I am looking for a logo for my new company HandCrafted Zen. It is a brand that focuses on making goods that help the customer set up their own personal relaxation zone. My primary focus is on candle making currently, but I do look to expand in the future and would like the logo to be versatile enough to still look good with some slight alteration to make it fit a different line. I would like to incorporate some themes of spirituality, metaphysics, etc into the logo if possible, as my products will relate to some of these themes.

Key words: mudra, meditation, aromatherapy, chakra, yin yang, duality.

The logo needs to convey that this brand is about harnessing inner peace, relaxation and balance.

My target customer is the housewife that might not necessarily believe in astral projection, but finds unique pleasure from a meditation or yoga section. Another example would be the teacher that would pick a doctor over homeothapy any day, but genuinely prefers a nice cup of chamomile to wind down after a long day.

I have included a file of a logo that has elements that I like. These logo's although they contain some aspects that I like, I feel they need to be refined or re-envisioned. But both logos have a concept of balance that I like, as well as a contrast between the black and white, as well as the 7 chakra colored element. Another thing to note is the candle flame element on each design is one that can easily be swapped out for a soap bar for example, when I expand the brand and I very much appreciate that.

Please note: I am posting examples and details to help all the potential designers get an idea for the vision I am aiming for but I am ultimately looking for help making the best visually creative decision and leave the design open to interpretation. The most important thing is that the design conveys the message I need it to and works overall with the branding strategy and use case. If that can be accomplished without the use of chakras, mudra, etc then I will accept it.

You guys have made my first experience using freelancer very desirable!! Thanks to all for the amazing entries. I wish I had a larger budget and could purchase more designs from you guys.
