What I neet is a flowchart for my website / application.
Here (https://imgur.com/a/pzvUjQD) is an example as example for a typical flowchart, you don#t have to follow colors or anything else.

For colors I like simple black, #0eb7da and white.
You can find my website under www.mein-ferd.de to see the colors in action.

The flowchart should be have 3 areas: input, working, output.

left side: Input types
middle side: What happenes with the entered data
right side: how it will output

On the input types there should be:
1 symbol for PDF
1 symbol for FTP (income)
1 symbol for FTP (outcome)
1 symbol for Email
1 symbol for WebService (Income)
1 symbol for WebService (Outcome)

All symbols on the left side should have arrows to the middle area (like in the example).

In the middle area there should be shown 2 symbols / steps:
1) validate
2) archive

Above the middle area should be the word "MEIN-FeRD.de Software"

On the right side there should be 2 big output-symbols
1) a Human (with text "PDF-Rechnung")
2) a computer symbol (with Text "ZUGFeRD-XML")

Above the arrows between the middle and the right side, there should be a bit more space with the words "Vorsortierung, Prüfung"
