I own an advertising company and I am looking new revenue streams. I am located in West Africa.
We have coffee carts here and I am trying to upgrade the design and offer advertisement spaces.
I need someone who can help with the professional design and technical requirements in order to have a lightweight cart yet very durable to handle the rough streets. The goal is to have the professional blueprints in order to send it to the factory in China. I am also trying to keep the cost very low as I would have to order hundreds of those, ideally under 50 dollars/piece.

  Mr. Evgeniy K. Have you ever visited India or its bazaar. its full of noise and everyone tries to attract the customer. where ever you go street markets looks good with that noises. If you have any problem with my comments then kindly avoid it. my first comment was to contest holder and second was for Mr. Rex P. you are not involved in it. may be you people feeling insecure when i raised the issue of budget.

Hi...just for clarification, what exactly do you need a "Push" Cart or "Bicycle" Cart?
