I need 4 inch by 9 inch rack cards designed.

This will have my company logo on the top and these instructions:

How to care for your window tint
1. Do Not roll your windows down for 3-5 days.
2. Do Not use Windex to clean your tinted windows. ONLY USE AMMONIA FREE CLEANERS OR JUST A DAMP TOWEL TO CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS.
3. The bubbles you see are completely normal. They will dry out in about 2-3 weeks. Leave your car parked in the sun during this curing period. It will help the tint to dry out faster.
4. Some cars have what is called a “dot matrix” around the perimeter of the rear windshield and above the rear view mirror in the center of the front windshield. They look like small black dots. These dots are raised causing the tint to not set all the way down to the glass which causes a white appearance on the outside. Your tint will not peel off. This is normal.
