Amazing graphic designer needed.

Who can create an amazing "landing page" image, for Global Voices of Courage?

Global Voices of Courage is a website portal that shares stories of amazing entrepreneurs "mover and shakers, males and females" who overcame obstacles to get to where they are today. (We are currently looking for web developers, and have two unfinished websites).

Go to www.celebrationsky.com where you will find the colors that we like.
On www.globalvoicesofcourage.com we will add the new image on top of the page.

The task:
1. We need a new "brand image" something outstanding that will catch the eyes.Please use attached images if possible.

2. Adjust the sizes: We need the image in different sizes for : Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and our website
We need it in high resolution and pdf for upload.

FREE hands!
You have free hands to create something new, but we do like the two attached images of the man and woman walking.

Please add www.globalvoicesofcourage.com and logo on the social media images. So when people see the image on Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn, they know where to search for our website.

NB....For the website, the image doesn't need the text.

I hope to see some amazing results. There is much more work for the right designer.
