Objective:
Develop a distinctive and professional logo that reflects Austin's consulting services and his commitment to driving strategic success and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Target Audience:

Corporate executives and senior managers
HR professionals and business strategists
Small to medium-sized enterprises and startups
Non-profit organizations and governmental agencies

Logo Requirements:

- The logo must include the initials "A" and "T" creatively combined, potentially incorporating elements that suggest growth, out-of-the-box thinking, and/or impact.

- It should convey a sense of professionalism, reliability, and innovation.
