Hi, I am the owner of the fledgling Esports organization "24 Islands" and am looking for somebody to design its first ever logo. The whole theme/vibe of the org is beachy, vibrant tropical colors (blues, yellows, greens, whites, etc.), and just an overall resort-ish tropical vibe. I am looking for a logo that incorporates the name into the logo itself, similar to 100 Thieves or Cloud 9 (pictured below). These two logos are also a good representation of the overall style I would like the logo to have. If you are successful, you may be brought on and given a salary to make further designs for the org.
