The website is: https://www.ocpracticalselfdefense.com/socal-kyusho-summit/
It is for the SoCal Kyusho Summit, taking place on October 27-28, 2018. The flyer need not contain all of the fine details from the website, but should catch the highlights, have the schedule, and a link (with QR scanner code) for the website for folks to sign up. I can provide a vector version of the logos as well as high resolution versions of the images if needed. I would like this as an Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign document.
