I need to have a display ad built I can display on my website. the idea i want is similar to the attached image. I would like the image to be able to be full width of page or stack-able/responsive if shown on a device.

There will the 3 areas: Item 1, Item 2, and Item 3 - a "Call to Action" that will resemble a button. Details below.
