I need a website designed for freelancer-review.com.

This website will be used to review freelancing companies, individual freelancers, individual employers, and to review products that freelancers create. It will also offer a complaint system (moderated based on factual evidence) and help people get those complaints resolved.

Please note, this contest and website has no affiliation with any particular freelancing website - it is being made by the people for the people.

This particular contest is for a one-page PSD design for the home page for freelancer-review.com.

The logo of this website will be coming from the contest below:

Unless you are the author of the logo, please do not include it in your design; instead, use the contest entry id number in place of the logo - #78 for example in the upper left of your design.

Please only select logos from 5-star rated designs on the contest page listed above.

Use the logo's colors as a basis for the color scheme of the website design itself; we are open to interpretation.

There also should be some buttons somewhere (maybe in the header) for submit review and submit complaint.

Lastly, but most importantly, after you submit your contest entries, check the messages on the image itself and on the message board at the bottom of the screen. While this is not a sealed contest, please do not steal or copy another freelancer's unique idea!

Please report any copied contest entry found on the web to me via message as soon as possible as they will be removed and reported.

  A lot of good things happening with your design; however, you missed the most basic of directions: the design MUST be 980 pixels - not 900 pixels. This is the last time I will review a design with 900 pixel width.
  
  The only other thing is for each category you have there needs to be generated content for each. .This is to provide fresh data per page load for SEO purposes.

  no i do not want any current designs out there.. this needs to be a custom designed home page.. eventually ColdFusion will be the language of choice to generate the html =)

  like i said on the other contest page, this is not going to happen as 40 dollars is plenty for a single contest page design.. especially with this being a gateway project to the entire website design which will then be a gateway for the psd->html conversion project
