Стисле описання конкурсу

We are looking for a logo redesign. Our current logo is not representing our brand anymore.

What we want is modern, creative and clean.
We do commercial production projects - our site is nycitywraps.com
Other than wraps, now we also print and metal, apparel and CNC and laser - so in general we turned into a design and production studio.

What we would like to maintain is yellow as a accent color.
I would also like the steps of how the logo came to be - to be part of the story (attached example is the shovel logo depicting process)

We need the logo to work well with a business card - showing more texture /nice paper.. creative printing techniques (attached business card options examples)

Our business is based in New York city - and the name is NY City Wraps - we can somehow include NYC features.. but now the redundant city skyline.. that everyone is using. if NYC symbols, features are included, it has to be minimal.. and creative.

It can be a play with type - something that represents creative studio.
Our current logo is attached.
