1. In your new design, do not design a new template from scratch.

2. You're free to use the same website template as the one at worldtradeexchangebusiness.com that is why I included the home page html and css/js files at http://worldtradeexchange.org/marketplace/wp-content/themes/Wte/wte_home.zip .

3. You're free to use the same background images used at www.worldtradeexchangebusiness.com . You can take any other background image from any of the pages of this site www.worldtradeexchangebusiness.com and use it as background image for any section of the text on the home page.

4. You can present your design as jpg file or if you like upload it as html file to your server and send me the link to view it

5. You have only 4 hours for this test to prove both the quality of work you can do, as well as how fast you can deliver quality designs.

6. No need to redesign header banner or footer banner. Focus only on the body part of the page.

7. Remember, the purpose of the test is to assess how beautifully you can layout the text content of a website using existing website template and background images.
