We have an existing property website and we simply want to make a new one ...........using all the existing property details.

- The new version will have all of the same data (images and and text) present in the old site ....and as good or better functionality.
- The new site will have a DIFFERENT look and feel...layout, colour scheme and logo/name/contact details...and we will provide rewritten text for non-property pages..so About Us, Services and Home as required.
- The Home page layout is likely to be very different.

1. You will need:-
- Your own development server
- Property website experience/templates/plugins/add-ons (provide details please)
- Ability to make this very quickly and professionally and with good regard for the website speed and the SEO
- IMPORTANT: The willingness to spend 1 hour producing a detailed project proposal for me….candidates who I am interested in then I will be very happy to pay for this 1 hour of time spent. We can make a new separate mini project and it is good feedback opportunity.

2. I am happy and encourage the use of a property template to make the work very quick and keep cost to a minimum. For instance some are here at the URL below……..but they are everywhere also..

Question here:

Are you going to be going through a MLS/IDX to display properties you have for sale?? A lot of the property templates you listed use that.
