I need a logo for my family cottage that'll be used for signage, coffee mugs, and t-shirts. The design should be of vintage style, perfectly articulating aesthetic as well as functionality. The color palette should be strictly black and white, leaning into a rustic, timeless appearance.

The logo must include a likeness of the cottage in the attached photo and include the name of the island "Tippecanoe". Words that describe the cottage include:
- boat
- swimming
- fishing
- float plane
- northern lights
- campfires

The ideal freelancer for this job would:
