I am in the process of creating a series of tees with interesting facts on it, and this is one of the tees I need created.

NEW REQUIREMENTS
The words that "The World's Most Successful Pirate Was A Woman" must be included.
Edit: I NEED a picture of a pirate woman, but it no longer has to be of Ching Shih. Also, I will reject all projects that use a picture of her that looks similar to the picture I have.
Finally, I need the words AND the picture to be in different layers, which means I need the source file.
And I need commercial usage rights, or better still, ownership rights.
Please have a signed document stating that.
The pirate in question can be found at http://www.ancient-origins.net/sites/default/files/Portrait-of-Ching-Shih.jpg, and yes, her name is Ching-Shih, you can google about her.

  You could work on her picture. Just change it such that her face is the same but the rest of the body is not.

Dear all, please note that the lady in design 16 is actually an Ainu Woman, not Madam Ching. I just realized it myself as well.

In response to queries:

I dont know exactly how I want it to look, but I know that she cannot look too similar to the pic I sent. I am, hoping for a design that will artistically interpret how she looks. Heck, even a cartoon-style drawing that retains her key features will also do!

Also, if it helps, I prefer designs that have transparency in it – but cover most of the printable area on a shirt. What I mean is this. If you have a pirate map that you want to draw on a black shirt - I love it when the details on the map are drawn in white, but i dont want the see the parchment (in brown) drawn onto the shirt as well.

Apologies for not mentioning it, but it just occurred to me that I prefer san serif. Preferably strong looking fonts, with impact. Because the design is about a fearsome female pirate.

As she is regarded as one of the MOST fearsome pirates, framing her figure / face suitably to give that "best of all, greatest of all time" look might help.

Hi there, everyone! Just to clarify, I am not looking for the exact image to be in the design. That would run the risk of flouting copyright laws and whatnot. :(
