I am looking for a long term relationship with a VA to optimise my videos for YouTube. There will be a minimum of one video per week around 8-12 mins in length.

The ideal candidate will
1. Be able to complete each video project with accuracy within 72 hours of receiving the raw video footage, and complete revisions within 48 hours.
2. Be able to complete all work to a high level with minimum input and mircomanagement
3. Be fluent in English in a written and spoken format
4. Be free to communicate via video chat and email when required

Responsibilities
1. Edit raw footage to include subtitles, intro and outro footage
2. Create still image for video cover art
3. Once signed off, upload video to YouTube
4. Optimise for keywords and organic search
5. Create teaser videos around 30-60 seconds long ready for distribution via FB &amp;amp;amp; Instagram
6. Pull audio-only files for full video and teaser videos ready for upload to podcast

Application Process
1. Create a short 3-minute video introducing yourself to me, and explaining why you would be great for this role. The video must be optimised for Eye Health, Optician, Optometrist, Eye Test.
2. The intro and outro you must create, and the brief being that the videos I create will be around Eye Health
3. Do your magic on your own video, and the sample video I have uploaded to this project post (https://youtu.be/iNf_L1D9QHs), and upload this to YOUR A YOUTUBE CHANNEL, ensuring optimisation is done to give highest possible VidIQ SEO score
4. Send a copy of the audio-only file

Hi, Application Process doesn't look fit with me. you asking too much; this is not a free promotion work . this is a contest right.. and i only post the demo video.. not beyond that ? and why should i endorse your name in my introductory clip ? ( your step-1).. these all sound confusing.. if i am wrong please correct me .

  If you don't feel comfortable following instructions then feel free not to enter the contest. Part 1 of application is a video of yourself intro why you could be good for the role, demonstrating your skills for editing intro outro, subtitles, post to YT, optimisation.
