  Basically the proposal is that the common spaces (like the kitchen the dining room, the living room, are more open, and more spacious.
  
  1. All bedrooms have their independence with their separate bathrooms.
  2. The large kitchen with breakfast area.
  3. The elevator near the stairwell as an option.
