Unfortunately, its up to the contest holder making the decision. I'm tired of seeing overused designs being winners even though we show them links of designs that are constantly used.

Dear Safar S, this is not exactly copied design. Please look properly. Or research properly about when a logo can be used, when a logo is copyright free. This logo is not copy and the purpose and visualization of the logos that u sent and my logo are different.

Don’t be jealus on someone's success. Look properly. It's not a copy design. The link u have given are closely related but not copy exactly.

First I comment to the designer and not to you.
Second, I advise you not to interfere in things you do not have the least experience.
There is copyright in the subject of logos and designs. The employer can later report the designer and will give a poor review for the designer. This is not in his advantage

Know properly before u claim. I think it makes sense. If don’t know when a logo is copyright free and can be used without any restricyion, I can show you some very popular company who are using close logo but they didn’t copy and also copyright free. Know perfectly before u claim.
