I am looking to develop a click fraud monitoring service similar to AdWatcher.com.

I would like to have a very nice website that reroutes the google/Search Engine destination URL through my website. My website is then able to log the IP Address and the Time of the Visitor.

The destination URL will be hidden and the user will be forwarded to the original site without ever knowing he was logged. Using this method of Destination URL; their should be no modifications needed to the clients web page...only his adwords account.

A few simple applications will also need to be included:

1. The website will need to be able to create fraud reports (more than 5 hits with the same IP address in an hour) We can set the details later.

2. The website will need to have an option to stop click fraud. (Ex: on the 5th click within the hour maybe have a popup come up to the user saying his IP has been logged)

3. The Website will need to be able to generate end of month reports of all of the suspicios click fraud activity. This report should be in an easy to read format ready to send to the search engines for refunds.
