Basic After Effects Animation (100+ hours)

Part of a current project we are working on requires a significant amount of time (100 hrs+) to be spent in After Effects doing manual adjustments to track a digital icon to a moving vehicle. We have built out a few videos to be used as templates but the process needs to be applied to 30+ 10 second video clips. The individual that works on this doesn't need deep skills in After Effects but would need patience and access to After Effects. Attached is an example video. proficiency in English or Spanish required for communication. We will provide all footage and icons for animation.
