Creating a [login to view URL] Custom Contol

We are looking for someone who can develop a simple [url removed, login to view] Custom Control for Android and iOS.

This is a video player control and can play a playlist(multiple mp4 files).

The most important thing is to remove any transition delay or effects whenever play next mp4 file.

In other word, this controller can play multiple video files sequently and smartly as like playing a big video file.

And it should be wrap to a [url removed, login to view] Custom Control.
