Best Product List Writer for Household Products (related to Bed Bug treatments)

Looking for a talented native English speaking writer who can write entertaining, highly detailed best gear lists for bed bug related products.
Your job will be to write very detailed articles about bed bug products. These will be 'best list' articles for things like 'Steam Steamers', 'Bed Bug Powders', 'Fumigators', 'Vacuums' and more.
For this project, we'll need about 10 to 20 articles. Most articles will be about 2000-3000 words long.

BEST LISTS
Article best lists in the style of say [login to view URL] or thesweethome.com. Long, comprehensive, researched information in the form of a 'best' product guide that consists of about 4 to 6 products, with each product highly detailed as to WHY it's a recommendation. These are NOT just lists with rewritten product descriptions, but real information. So you'll need to do plenty of research for each product / category.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
You'll also be writing some product reviews as well. The reviews will be about 1000 to 2000 words.

*Someone who has written product guides / best lists before
We are looking for someone who's written best lists before. You should be familiar with the format and how to write them.
*Ability to Research
You WILL need to spend significant amount of time researching each product and the best products in a category for each list. Expect to spend at least 30-40 percent of your 'writing time' doing research!
-look at what people on amazon are saying about a product
-find out what knowledgeable bloggers are say about the product
-list exactly what the real pros and cons of the product
-write with a casual voice that conveys your knowledge
-best list format similar to [login to view URL]

For these lists, we are going to pay $30 per best list per 3000 word best list (most of the lists will be about 3000 words)...with $10 per 1000 words as the rate.
For the basic product reviews (2000 words), we pay $17.
If you impress with your work, this will be a long term position -- we'll have at LEAST 20 articles and the possibility of more.
