Complete my WPF application

Hi

I have an incomplete WPF application in which I need some basic work done. Should not take much time.

Basically the application is a file explorer so I have to sections, one in which the users document folder is shown and another where the users pictures are shown. I want the following:

1) One clicking documents, display the contents of the documents folder(this is complete) and clicking each sub folder we are able to go forward and backward as the user navigates (this has to be completed)

2) Same as above with the pictures folder (neither parts complete here).

3) Handle drag and drop events.

And if you can also do this.

4) Change title bar of WPF app to centre title and icon instead of having it on the left as it usually is, as well as change its colour.

Need this done asap, in 3-4 hours. If possible.
