change frontpage to dreamweaver & customize Miva checkout

Please check the attached file before bidding. The project is customizing a current running website that must be done accordingly specified.

All you have to do is:

1. Convert the current FrontPage files into Dreamweaver files

2. Customize the Miva checkout page – i.e., the only place in the Miva skin needs to be customized.

All other details are clearly explained in the attached file

Project needs to be started once the winner is choosen. I am looking for 30$ to 50$ and i can give more orders to the one who does this in perfection. Need to complete the website in less than 5 days
