Debug jQuery-Mobile CSS Dynamic Layout

I have a dynamic jQuery mobile page (only 1 html and 1 javascript file) which is generated dynamically.
The first time it is accessed (generated), everything is fine, but the second time (after pressing "back" and again the same option), there is a layout problem (no more margins/padding is test-3).
Please see the zip file attached to this project and see if you can debug (unzip and double-click on html file to see the page and bug).

Hello, Have a nice day I found & solve the issue. The issue issue: load home page> test#3> Back>Test3: padding fix. 'Cause .js generation. just fix this file.
yes test 2 have layout problem and in test 3 there is small margin issue it is floated left i just checked it i can fiix this if you want me to do this will start right now
