Hi,

I need to create an HTML page with a CSS (I don't want to have formatting inside the HTML page and the page must be build using <div> not <table>) from a PSD file. I attached a jpg of the page to this post. The map zone can be empty because I will plug my component later. The page must be always centered into the browser with no scrollbar with a resolution of 1024 X 768. The purple bottom bar and the left & right green background must be expendable if the resolution is more than 1024 X 768. The scrollbar will appear only if the resolution is lower than 1024 X 768. The top left logo and the top right button are an image (not included in the background) The CSS must be compatible with IE 6, 7, 8, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. (on Mac, Windows and Linux)
