Custom Skin for CubeCart Store

I require a custom style sheet for a new e-commerce store. My needs are simple and I want someone with CubeCart experience.

I do not require a lot of customization, would like to keep most of the skin standard, just want better looking graphics. I am looking for someone to create a header and a welcome page graphics, and then modify the colors of the elements and the font types to match the new graphics. That is all. I can supply the currently used CSS to aid if faster work, as well as supply examples or actual graphics to indicate what sort of look I am going for.

This store sells flame retardant clothing to industrial fields so the design should be targeted towards that.
