I am seeking for a full-time freelance CodeIgniter programmer who could be dedicated to my projects and work with me by using the CodeIgniter framework. All payment would be made via PayPal and on project basis. It would be good if you could also handle CSS, JavaScript framework (e.g. Prototype) and even design works well.
