Article writer to write mostly about internet marketing and home business subjects(repost)

I'm looking for an article writer with EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS to write articles in various subjects, but mostly about internet marketing, network marketing, social networking, social bookmarking, home based business, etc.
Other unrelated subjects will be necessary from time to time, so the writer must know how to do research and write about anything, even subject he/she doesn't know anything about based on research.
The writer must be able to do research effectively and write very fast.
Most articles will be for search engine optimization purposes, which means we need articles written and submitted fast. A lot of the articles can derive from research and don't need the writer to be super-creative.
The writer must be able to write 3 articles an hour at a minimum. Most articles will be about 300-350 words and 6 paragraphs long. Paragraphs are only 2-3 lines long.
The writer must be familiar with the terms anchor text, keyword, and must know basic search engine optimization.
The writer must know the HTML code to doing an anchor text link.
