Convert an Excel Spreadsheet into a different format.

I'm currently converting a Zencart (I think) database into a Virtuemart one and the only problem I'm having is that the attributes database is in a completely different format to what I want. The spreadsheet I have atm lists a Product ID and then lists every possible product attribute, small, medium, large, white, black, green etc and the system picks out which is applicable by a number placed next to the column. Virtuemart has a much saner approach in that its attributes are dealt with in one cell, for instance. Size,Small[+0],Medium[+2.50],Large[+4.50]. I need the existing spreadsheet converted into this format. For someone with good excel knowledge I don't think this should take more than an hour or 2. I've attached the existing spreadsheet and an example of the format I would like it in.
