Hi everyone,

I am looking for an expert who can turn the scanned newspaper (sample attached) into well-organized Excel.

I am currently scanning the newspaper into JPG every morning, then covert with an OCR software into PDF format.

All words can be seen clearly and can be copied easily in the PDF file.

By the way, the OCR software can generate Microsoft Word or Text too, instead of PDF.

The final output in Excel should have one column for the words of the advertisement and another column for the 8-digit phone number of the advertiser.
