Need a script to filter AU registered company records. Attached is a spreadsheet with an example of the records from 1 of 1220 sheets (each sheet holds 10,000 records). Dont need the data cleaned, just the script. See the notes and examples on worksheet 2 of the attached file.
***Please read the proposal carefully!. This is not a project to cleanup the 1220 xml files mentioned in the description and worksheet notes, simply to create a vbasic script to effect the cleanup. The first worksheet is an example to test with. Quoting hundreds of $$ for this relatively simple project will likely not get the project (and future more complex database projects) awarded!.

For this assignment, I can write a script/program to automate this process. Programming and scripting is my core strength and area of expertise.
Should be simple enough using vba. I can also do this via opensource ETL tool as well if you are interested (may make future project easier).
