I want to design 2 circuits using logisim. also i will need a couple of diagrams for that circuit to understand it well. One of them is to multiply two 8-bit signed binary integers in two's complement format, producing a 16-bit signed result. I have more specific details which i can share. its just basic work. Details attached. I can pay around 70 dollars
