Connect Arduino to sensor reader.

Hello,

my name is Hélder and i am seeking for someone to help me remotely with some wiring. As i am a software engineer student, i don't have solid basis with electronic components. So, when i looked at this eagle schematics i understood some parts of it, not everything and the main reason i need one of you is because i only have one circuit board.

The creator says it's easy to connect it to the Arduino, so i supose it's easy for who understands this well.

P.S: this is an i2c protocol connection, so SCL and SDA should connect at Analog pin 4 and 5 (A4, A5), it should not be a problem to connect this pH meter to the same Analog inputs, as long we define the right addresses.
